Personal Training

Where do you start?

If you are entirely new to fitness coaching, the Combined Diploma is your required baseline launchpad. If you already hold an accredited Level 2 certificate, select the standalone Level 3 Qualification to upgrade your roster capability.

When should I do these?

CPD courses sit alongside or after your core qualification. They expand what you can legally and professionally offer to specific client groups — and many employers and insurers expect at least some of them before you step on the gym floor.

Which should I do first?

If you are newly qualified, start with Emergency First Aid — most gym roles and insurance policies require it. Add Mental Health Awareness to better support any client. Once you are established, Pre & Post Natal opens a high-demand client group that most PTs cannot yet serve.
